- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor was great with my son and made the experience enjoyable. However, big billing issues. My son had 8 fillings performed, and we were given a quote after the consultation that came to about $275 co-pay. The doctor knew that three of the teeth had fillings performed previously. Two months after the work had been done, I get a bill from the dentist for almost $600. When I talked to the billing lady, she explained that because three of the teeth had work performed a year ago, our insurance didn't cover those fillings. She said that's common knowledge that consumers should know, and that if the front desk girls had known there were replacements being done, they would've called the insurance company to ask about coverage. When I told the billing lady that the doctor knew there had been previous work done, she said that wasn't good enough and that it was my responsibility to still tell the front desk.
