- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've only have awful experiences with this Dr. and his office. My biggest gripe has been with my birth control prescriptions. On my first visit, I asked for an a birth control that worked well and was inexpensive. They prescribed me Nuva Ring, which is over $35 dollar a month with my insurance. To me that's expensive, when I used to be paying $10 for a 3 months supply on my old birth control that my old obgyn prescribed ( I wish I still lived close enough to go to him. He was great) I stuck with the Nuva Ring for a couple months then called them back asking for a new prescription that was cheaper, something generic. Well not only did they not give me a generic, they gave me something almost $15 more expensive. The kicker is they told me to my face that it was cheaper and a generic. Only when I got to the pharmacy did I find out they flat out lied. The phamicutical companies must be putting some major pressure on these guys. Anyways, I seriously complained to the Dr's office and they gave me a cheap generic, finally and told me it would be for a years supply. Of course they lied again and it was only good for 3 months. When I called to see what was up, the receptionist at the obgyn told me that they couldn't refill the prescription because I hadn't been in for a yearly visit. Doing so was illegal and that the nurse shouldn't have even refilled the 3 months. Why couldn't the nurse have told me that when I got the generic, she flat out lied, I had to hear from the receptionist (the only person I've talked to there that seems to know what their doing). They don't tell you anything straight out. They seem more concerned with their pharmicutical reps then they do with their patients. I've had to find out how things actually are from my pharmacy and their receptionist, not nurses and doctors. The nurses and doctors beat around the bush. Comforting. I've been given nothing but run arounds and hassles from this office. And I'm so done.December 24, 2016by A Google User
