- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have been going to Dr. Wilcox for the past 2 years now. He has always been great but his staff has not been too inviting or friendly. The receptionist seems irritated and annoyed every time I have spoken with her and the couple of nurses that has helped us have rushed us and acted like they had better things to do then to answers questions or concerns I have had. I'm not sure if we just kept catching them on "bad days" but we have decided to switch pediatricians do to this. It's too bad because Dr. Wilcox is great but just needs a better staff.August 06, 2017by Ashley Richey
